FAQs

We recommend hand-washing all knit garments in lukewarm water and then laying flat to dry. Though we recommended otherwise, if you decide to machine wash your garment, it should always be laid flat to dry.

All of our yarns are hand-dyed in small batches.  There are slight variations on the yarns, though we do our best to keep colorways consistent. We try to represent the colors of the yarn as best as possible in photographs, but there may be some variations in the photograph you see on screen compared with the yarn you receive.

After the dying process, the yarn is rinsed and washed in a textile detergent. However, a small amount of bleeding in the first few washes may occur. If the bleeding continues to persist, please contact us so we may address the issue. There are some deeper or darker colorways that tend to bleed more than others, and for those, we recommend washing in cold water for the first few washes to minimize bleeding onto lighter colors, or using a color-catcher.
